Ex Fyenoord and Inter striker linked

Liverpool FC,, Andy Carroll

The latest striker to be linked to the club is ex Feyenoord striker Luc Castaignos, who now ply’s his trade at the San Siro with Inter Milan. The rumour mill says the 19-year-old is to be loaned out for the rest of the season after only making four appearances for Inter.

Dalglish will only take him on loan if there is a possible permanent move in the offering if the Dutch striker impresses. Castaignos scored 15 goals in 37 games for Feyenoord before he made the move to Inter Milan. Castaignos is just one of many on the growning list of strikers we have been linked to over the past couple of weeks.

In my opinion he could be worth a look, especially if we get him on loan first, and get a first shout at a permanent deal. My only worry is they could be blocking a few of the younger lads in the reserves from coming through.
